What we do, and the rule we do it by.

Amazon account work, independent audits and websites for local businesses, all held to one standard: evidence before opinion.

  • Account management, listing work, PPC, inventory and account health
  • Independent business audits, tied to your own numbers
  • Professional websites and Google Business Profiles

What the work looks like

Three defects, from three live listings, in the sellers’ own numbers.

Not illustrations. These are charts published by real sellers, read off the product page. No brand is named, because naming one to criticise its chart is a poor way to ask for its business.

  1. 01

    A 3.9 cm hole between S and M.

A shopper who measures 97 cm finds no size that fits her, so she guesses — and a guess is a return waiting to happen.

A size chart where S ends at 95.2 cm and M begins at 99.1 cm, leaving a 3.9 cm gap where no size exists
  2. 02

Waist and hip, identical in all six sizes.

One column was copied, not measured. Every shopper whose hips are wider than her waist is being told the wrong size.

A size chart where the waist and hip columns hold identical numbers in all six sizes
  3. 03

    The same numbers, rebuilt.

Continuous whole centimetres, no gaps, no overlaps — and nothing invented. Every number comes from the seller’s own table.

A published size chart with decimals and overlapping bands beside the same chart rebuilt into continuous whole centimetres

Amazon reports what happened. It rarely reports why. Sellers act on the gap between those two things every day, and the cost of doing so is invisible until it compounds.

VERIXA is an AI-powered business operations company. Our first division does the operational work behind Amazon decisions: the execution that moves listings, and the independent audits that establish what is actually wrong before anyone spends money fixing the wrong thing.

One rule governs both. Every recommendation carries the observation it came from, so you can check it rather than trust it. Evidence before opinion.

What we solve

Ten dashboards.
Zero answers.

The distance between what happened and why it happened is where operational money goes, quietly, for months at a time. These are the places we look.

L‑01

The Buy Box you did not know you lost

Lose the featured offer and your Sponsored campaigns stop serving on that listing. Traffic drops, sales drop, and the week reads as soft demand. Nothing in the interface tells you the offer was suppressed.

L‑02

Budget draining against a page that cannot convert

Broad match with no negative list. One campaign carrying four goals that fight each other. Revenue climbs, the account looks busy, and net profit shrinks month after month.

L‑03

A price you never set, holding your own listing down

Amazon compares your price against what it finds elsewhere on the internet. A time limited deal you ran yourself can return later as the external price that suppresses your own Buy Box.

L‑04

The margin nobody in the room actually knows

Sellers hold back true landed cost from the people managing the account. Every bid decision after that is a guess, and unprofitable products keep getting funded.

E-04

AgreementThe data access agreement is signed first.

No account access is requested or granted before the terms covering your data are agreed in writing.

Scoped accessThe minimum the question needs.

Granted through the platform’s own permission system, never a shared password, and revoked and confirmed within five business days of completion.

The auditSix areas, examined and recorded.

Findings tied to specific data from your account, not a generic checklist applied from outside. Where we cannot establish something, the report says so.

Quality reviewA person signs off before anything is sent.

First engagements receive an elevated review with an independent approver. This is the step that does not get skipped when a date is close.

DeliveryFive documents and a session to go through them.

Executive summary, findings report, prioritised action plan, risk classification, strategic recommendations. Accepting the recommendations is not required for completion.

Evidence

What a finding looks like.

VERIXA is new, so there are no client results to publish and we will not borrow anyone else’s. What we can show you is the exact form the work takes.

  • Every finding carries the observation it came from
  • Dates on the data, so the claim can be checked
  • What we could not explain is recorded as unexplained
  • A verification note after the action, including failures

F‑01Featured offer lost on two parent listings

Both listings held the featured offer continuously until a price change on the 14th, after which neither has held it. Advertising against both continued at full budget for the eleven days that followed.

Source Offer history export, 01 to 26 of the month. Advertising spend by ASIN, same window. Both dated and attached.

F‑02Unexplained: conversion drop on one child variation

Conversion on one child fell and has not recovered. No listing edit, price change, review change, image change or stock event was found in the same window. We could not establish a cause and we are not going to invent one.

Source Detail page sales and traffic by child, 90 days. Listing change history, same window. Status: open.

Trust

Judge the practice before you judge the pitch.

01Evidence before opinion

No recommendation leaves here without the observation that produced it attached. If we cannot show you why, we do not say it.

02Human accountability

A named person is responsible for every finding. Tools assist the work. They do not sign off on it.

03Verification

We return to our own advice after it has been acted on and report what happened, including when it did not work.

Who answers

Every finding on this site was written by one person, and he is the one who replies.

I am Nahian Ahmad. I read every listing on this site myself, found every defect myself, and signed every report that went out. When you write to VERIXA, it reaches me — not a ticket queue, not an account manager reading a handover note.

That is the whole advantage of being small, and it is the one thing an agency with four hundred people cannot offer you at any price. What they can offer, and I cannot yet, is a shelf of client logos. I would rather be honest about which of those two you are getting.

Fair questions

The objections worth raising, answered here rather than avoided.

Amazon already tells me this for free in Fit Insights. Why would I pay you?

That is true, and Fit Insights is a good tool. It reads your return data, your size chart and customer fit feedback, and benchmarks you against similar items.

It tells you that you have a fit problem. It does not open your size chart, find the 3.9 cm gap between S and M where no size exists, and hand you back the rebuilt rows ready to upload. That gap — between knowing and fixing — is the only thing we sell. If Amazon's tool is enough for you, use it; it costs nothing and we would say the same.

An agency told me size charts do not fix return rates.

One of the largest Amazon agencies writes exactly that on their own site, and they are right about what they are describing: a chart that is already well formed will not improve further by following best practice, and imagery and fit language will matter more.

We are describing something else. A hole where no size exists. A hip column holding the same numbers as the waist column in all six sizes. Bands that overlap so three sizes all appear to fit. Those are not best-practice questions — they are defects, they are on the page, and they can be proved from the seller's own published numbers rather than argued about.

$149 sounds too cheap to be serious.

It is cheap, and the comparison is on our services page including the rows where competitors undercut us. Credible agency help starts around $1,000 and is aimed at sellers doing a million a year.

The reason it is $149 is that it is one narrow job — one defect, named from your own numbers, corrected and returned in a day — not a full listing rewrite. If you need the rewrite, an agency is the right answer and we will say so.

Do you need access to my Seller Central account?

No, and we will not ask. Everything is delivered as files you upload yourself.

If you later want advertising run day to day, the only access we accept is Amazon's own User Permissions with the Advertising role: Payments, Banking and Account Settings stay closed to us, every action is logged in your account, and you revoke it in one click without telling us first.
