Amazon Operations, Built on Evidence.

Every account gives off signal.

Almost none of it arrives as an answer.

So we stop guessing.

We go and look.

Evidence before opinion

It is the whole method.

And it is the reason a VERIXA recommendation can be checked, line by line, without taking our word for anything.

Evidence before opinion

E-01

Amazon reports what happened. It rarely reports why. Sellers act on the gap between those two things every day, and the cost of doing so is invisible until it compounds.

VERIXA is an AI-powered business operations company. Our first division does the operational work behind Amazon decisions: the execution that moves listings, and the independent audits that establish what is actually wrong before anyone spends money fixing the wrong thing.

One rule governs both. Every recommendation carries the observation it came from, so you can check it rather than trust it. Evidence before opinion.

What we solve

Ten dashboards.
Zero answers.

The distance between what happened and why it happened is where operational money goes, quietly, for months at a time. These are the places we look.

L‑01

The Buy Box you did not know you lost

Lose the featured offer and your Sponsored campaigns stop serving on that listing. Traffic drops, sales drop, and the week reads as soft demand. Nothing in the interface tells you the offer was suppressed.

L‑02

Budget draining against a page that cannot convert

Broad match with no negative list. One campaign carrying four goals that fight each other. Revenue climbs, the account looks busy, and net profit shrinks month after month.

L‑03

A price you never set, holding your own listing down

Amazon compares your price against what it finds elsewhere on the internet. A time limited deal you ran yourself can return later as the external price that suppresses your own Buy Box.

L‑04

The margin nobody in the room actually knows

Sellers hold back true landed cost from the people managing the account. Every bid decision after that is a guess, and unprofitable products keep getting funded.

E-02

AgreementThe data access agreement is signed first.

No account access is requested or granted before the terms covering your data are agreed in writing.

Scoped accessThe minimum the question needs.

Granted through the platform’s own permission system, never a shared password, and revoked and confirmed within five business days of completion.

The auditSix areas, examined and recorded.

Findings tied to specific data from your account, not a generic checklist applied from outside. Where we cannot establish something, the report says so.

Quality reviewA person signs off before anything is sent.

First engagements receive an elevated review with an independent approver. This is the step that does not get skipped when a date is close.

DeliveryFive documents and a session to go through them.

Executive summary, findings report, prioritised action plan, risk classification, strategic recommendations. Accepting the recommendations is not required for completion.

Evidence

What a finding looks like.

VERIXA is new, so there are no client results to publish and we will not borrow anyone else’s. What we can show you is the exact form the work takes.

  • Every finding carries the observation it came from
  • Dates on the data, so the claim can be checked
  • What we could not explain is recorded as unexplained
  • A verification note after the action, including failures

Findings extract

F‑01Featured offer lost on two parent listings

Both listings held the featured offer continuously until a price change on the 14th, after which neither has held it. Advertising against both continued at full budget for the eleven days that followed.

Source Offer history export, 01 to 26 of the month. Advertising spend by ASIN, same window. Both dated and attached.

F‑02Unexplained: conversion drop on one child variation

Conversion on one child fell and has not recovered. No listing edit, price change, review change, image change or stock event was found in the same window. We could not establish a cause and we are not going to invent one.

Source Detail page sales and traffic by child, 90 days. Listing change history, same window. Status: open.

Trust

Judge the practice before you judge the pitch.

01Evidence before opinion

No recommendation leaves here without the observation that produced it attached. If we cannot show you why, we do not say it.

02Human accountability

A named person is responsible for every finding. Tools assist the work. They do not sign off on it.

03Verification

We return to our own advice after it has been acted on and report what happened, including when it did not work.
