VERIXA / Services

Operational work for Amazon sellers, ranked by where we focus.

VERIXA is an AI-powered business operations company. Our first division is Amazon FBA and eCommerce operations, and the work below is what that division currently does. Human judgment leads every engagement. AI accelerates it.

Three service tiers / Priority order, not a menu of equals

Fixed-price packages

Three ways to start. Every price is on the page.

You know the cost before the first message. Each package is agreed in writing before any work starts, and you approve every change before it goes live.

  • Access — we never ask for your password. Everything in the listing and website packages is delivered as files you upload yourself, so no access is needed at all. If you later want us to run advertising day to day, the only access we accept is Amazon’s own User Permissions:
    • You invite us with the Advertising role, and nothing else
    • Payments, Banking and Account Settings stay closed to us
    • Every action we take is logged in your own account
    • You revoke it in one click, without telling us first
  • Payment — half to begin, half after you approve the work. If you look at the finished work and do not want it, you do not pay the second half.
    • Packages above $200 start on the first half
    • The $149 Return-Warning Fix is paid in full on delivery
    • No subscription, no retainer, nothing recurring
  • Refund — seven days on the $149 Return-Warning Fix. It is the one package paid in full, so it carries a refund instead of a second half. Read the finished work, and if you do not think it was worth the money, tell us within seven days and we return it. No form, no reason required, no argument.

Both terms exist for the same reason. You are being asked to send money to a company you have not worked with before, so the risk of going first belongs to us, not to you.

What everyone else charges, for comparison

These are other people’s prices, read off their own pages and published industry surveys in September 2026. We publish them because the usual reason a smaller seller buys nothing is that nobody will tell them what anything costs.

WhoWhat they chargeWho they will work with
Fiverr, unvetted$50 – $150 per listinganybody
VERIXA$149 per listing anybody, no minimum
Vetted freelancers$300 – $800 per listing catalogues of 10–30 products
Specialist agencies$300 – $1,000+ per listing established brands
My Amazon Guy$100–$149 an hour $1,000 project minimum, aimed at $1M+ sellers
Olifant Digital$2,000 a monthestablished brands
Nuanced Mediafrom $2,600 a monthstrategy-led brands

Read the last three rows again. Credible help starts at about a thousand dollars and is aimed at sellers doing a million a year. Below a hundred and fifty there is marketplace labour without a diagnosis. Between the two there is almost nobody — and one agency’s own comparison article says it plainly: “under roughly 500,000 dollars a year in revenue, most sellers get better returns from a good freelancer or software tools than from a full agency retainer.”

That is the gap this company exists in. It is also why there is no minimum project here: one listing is a job we will take.

P1

Return-Warning Fix · Amazon

Clear the “Frequently returned” warning at its usual cause: missing size information.

Who it is for

Sellers whose listing shows Amazon’s “Frequently returned” warning, or apparel with a high return rate.

What we deliver

A centimetre size table, rewritten title and bullets, a fit-guide image, and a short call to read your return reasons together.

Price

$149 per listing, paid on delivery; five or more listings $119 each, half to begin. Seven-day refund: read the finished work, and if you do not think it was worth it, say so within seven days and we return the money. Delivered as files you upload through your own Seller Central. Agreed in writing before work starts.

What this does not promise

No guarantee that Amazon removes the warning by a date. Amazon decides that from your return rate over 30 days.

P2

Store Repair Sprint · Shopify

For stores that get visitors but not orders or quote requests.

Who it is for

Shopify stores with traffic but few sales, few reviews or a quote path that loses buyers.

What we deliver

The purchase or quote path fixed, automatic review requests, meta descriptions, and one local landing page written for searches you are missing.

Price

$490 fixed — $245 to begin, $245 on approval. If you do not like the finished work, you do not pay the second $245. Usually delivered within 10 working days, starting from a free audit.

What this does not promise

No sales figure is promised. We do not ask for store access until a written agreement exists.

P3

Local Launch · businesses without a website

For businesses customers can only find on directory pages.

Who it is for

Restaurants, salons, workshops and studios with no website of their own.

What we deliver

A fast one-page website on your own domain, a complete Google Business Profile, and a simple way for customers to leave reviews.

Price

$390 fixed — $195 to begin, $195 on approval. If you do not like the finished site, you do not pay the second $195. Optional first month of local ads: $150 management fee; the ad budget is paid by you directly to Google or Meta.

What this does not promise

No ranking or visitor number is promised. You own the domain, the site and the listing.

P4

Deal Sheet · property and prospect research

Researched shortlists built to your criteria, with a source link on every row.

Who it is for

Investors, agents and firms who spend hours each week filtering listings or prospects, and would rather spend them on the two that matter.

What we deliver

50 opportunities matching your own criteria — location, price band, bedrooms or property type, days on market, price reductions — each row carrying the source link so you can verify it in one click. B2B prospect lists are built the same way, by industry, location and requirement.

Price

$149 for the sheet, delivered within 48 hours, with a seven-day refund. Weekly refresh on the same criteria: $390 a month — half to begin, half on approval — showing only what changed since the last run.

What this does not promise, and what we will not sell

No deal, sale or response rate is promised. We research properties and businesses from sources that publish them. We do not sell scraped personal phone numbers, skip-traced homeowner contacts or cold-call lists — that product creates Do-Not-Call and TCPA exposure for the buyer, and we will not be the reason a client receives that letter.

Not sure which fits? Ask for a free audit and we will recommend one, or none. Guides: how to remove Amazon’s “Frequently returned” warning.

S-01

Primary · Private Label execution

Hands-on execution for Private Label sellers.

Our main focus. For Private Label Amazon FBA sellers specifically, not wholesale or arbitrage. These are execution services: we do the work, rather than only reporting on it.

E‑01

Product Research & Hunting

Identify and score viable product options for your next launch.

Who it is for

Private Label Amazon sellers and dropshippers choosing what to launch next.

What we deliver

Three scored product candidates covering demand signal, competition level, estimated margin range and risk flags, plus a one page rationale for each.

How we work

Desk research against public marketplace data and your stated niche and budget.

What this does not promise

No guarantee any candidate will sell. No supplier sourcing, which is a separate service. No ongoing monitoring, this is a one time deliverable.

E‑02

Supplier Sourcing

Find and vet candidate suppliers for one specified product.

Who it is for

Sellers who have chosen a product and need suppliers checked before committing.

What we deliver

Three supplier profiles covering verified business existence, sample order feasibility, stated minimum order quantity and lead time, and any red flags found.

How we work

Research and vetting only. You contract and pay suppliers directly.

What this does not promise

VERIXA does not place orders, hold inventory, or handle any payment to a supplier. No guarantee of supplier reliability beyond what is verifiable at vetting time.

E‑03

Listing Optimization

Rewrite the title, bullets and backend terms for one listing.

Who it is for

Sellers whose listing copy has never been examined against a keyword gap or a clarity problem.

What we deliver

Optimized title, five bullets, backend search terms, and a brief rationale tying every change to the specific finding behind it.

How we work

Copy only. You upload the changes through your own Seller Central account. One revision round included. $95 per listing, fixed and agreed in writing before any work starts. No retainer.

What this does not promise

No ranking or sales guarantee. Images and A+ Content are separate services and are not included.

E‑04

A+ Content Design

Amazon compliant Enhanced Brand Content for one ASIN.

Who it is for

Brand registered sellers whose detail pages are still plain text.

What we deliver

Up to five A+ modules built on Amazon’s own module system, brand consistent, copy included.

How we work

Design and copy handed to you as files. We do not need account access to deliver this. One revision round included. $145 per ASIN, fixed and agreed in writing before any work starts. No retainer.

What this does not promise

Uploading and publishing remain your action. Photography is a separate service. Not unlimited revisions.

E‑05

Product Images

A seven image, Amazon compliant listing set for one ASIN.

Who it is for

Sellers with usable product photography or renders whose listing images are not doing the work.

What we deliver

Seven final upload ready images including hero and supporting infographics, compliant with Amazon’s current requirements for background, resolution and aspect ratio.

How we work

Design and editing from your supplied product photos or 3D renders. One revision round included.

What this does not promise

No physical product photography is included. VERIXA is not a photography studio. If raw photography is needed it is sourced separately.

E‑06

PPC Management

Ongoing Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaign management.

How to start

Available now. We begin with a free account audit, then agree the monthly scope and price with you on a short call. Half price through October.

What it will cover

Campaign structure review and setup, bid adjustments, search term mining and negative keyword additions, and a monthly performance report.

How it will work

Campaign management only. Ad spend is billed by Amazon directly to your own payment method and never routed through VERIXA. Access is scoped, per permission, never a shared password.

What this will not promise

No guaranteed ACOS or ranking outcome.

S-02

Secondary · Independent audit

The Amazon FBA & eCommerce Operations Audit.

Our most fully built offer, and the one with a written procedure behind it. An independent, structured review of an account you already operate. Advisory work, delivered as a report, not a guaranteed outcome service.

A‑01

Amazon FBA & eCommerce Operations Audit

Six examination areas, five deliverables, one results review session.

What we examine

  • Account health and compliance
  • Operational configuration
  • Listing and catalog quality
  • Inventory and fulfillment operations
  • Business performance indicators
  • Risk and opportunity assessment

What you receive

  • Executive summary
  • Audit findings report
  • Prioritized action plan, ordered by business impact
  • Risk classification per finding
  • Strategic recommendations

Who it is for

Any active Amazon seller with a real operating Seller Central account and enough history to produce a meaningful audit.

What this does not promise

Implementation is outside scope unless separately engaged. Findings are limited to the evidence and access made available during the engagement. No guarantee of future business performance or compliance outcomes.

A‑02

Implementation Advisory

Turn the action plan into executed progress, with your own team doing the work.

Prerequisite

Available only to clients who have completed an audit with VERIXA. There has to be a real action plan to advise against.

What you receive

Three scheduled advisory sessions over 30 days, an updated action plan status after each one, and written summary notes.

Why it exists

Agency implementation retainers commonly run well beyond what a smaller seller can justify, which leaves audit findings unactioned. This is scoped narrowly so that gap can be served without account access risk.

What this does not promise

Advisory only. No new research beyond the original findings. No account access. No hands on execution of any kind.

A‑03

Monthly Account Health Check-In

A lighter continuous touchpoint after an audit.

How to start

Available now, after a free account audit. Half price through October.

What it will cover

One advisory call per month and a written health check note covering what has changed and anything worth flagging.

Prerequisite

Completed audit with VERIXA.

What this will not promise

Advisory only. Anything needing deeper work is flagged as a candidate for a fresh engagement rather than quietly absorbed.

Ongoing · Monthly Operations Watch

Someone reads your account every week.

Most sellers do not have an account problem. They have a noticing problem — the Buy Box slips, a listing gets suppressed, inventory quietly ages into surcharges, and nobody sees it for six weeks. Software will show you all of it on a dashboard you do not open. This is the opposite: a short written note, once a week, from a person who actually looked.

  • What we watchAccount health and new performance notifications. Buy Box position and competitor offer movement on your ASINs. Inventory age, stranded units and storage-fee exposure. Fee changes in your categories. Listing suppressions and catalogue errors.
  • What you getOne short written note a week: what changed, what it means, and what to do about it. If nothing changed, the note says so. We would rather send you four lines than pad it into a report.
  • What it costs$149/month founding rate, $199/month standard. Charged in advance. Cancel any time, no notice period, no minimum term.
  • What it is notRead-only. We never change a price, a listing, a campaign or a setting. This is not account management, and it does not include implementation — if a finding needs acting on, that is quoted separately and only if you want it.
  • Why it is priced hereAgency retainers start around $1,500–$3,000 a month because a staffed agency cannot serve a smaller seller profitably. We can, and we would rather have the smaller seller.

S-03

Websites

Websites and stores for FBM and dropshipping sellers.

VERIXA’s second division, opened early and deliberately. Every build starts with a discovery conversation so the result matches what you actually want, rather than a template with your logo dropped into it.

W‑01

Single product or brand page

For Amazon Private Label sellers who need a brand presence off Amazon.

What you receive

Up to five sections, mobile responsive, built to your discovery brief. One revision round included.

Hosting

Two models. You buy your own domain and hosting and we hand over, or we set it up on your behalf at cost with no markup. In both cases the domain and hosting are registered in your own name, never held under a VERIXA account.

Turnaround

10 to 15 business days from the point all required inputs are received.

See working examples

We built four live demo websites — a restaurant, a coffee roastery, a beauty salon and an advisory firm — so you can judge the standard before committing. They are concept sites for fictional businesses: no real client, no borrowed work.

What this does not promise

No copywriting beyond text you supply. No ongoing maintenance after handover. No SEO campaign work beyond basic on page setup. No guarantee of traffic, conversion or sales.

W‑02

Full Shopify store

For FBM and dropshipping sellers who need a complete storefront.

What you receive

Full store setup, theme customization, product import of up to 25 supplied products, payment and shipping configuration, mobile responsive. One revision round included.

Hosting

Same two models and the same rule: registered in your name.

Turnaround

10 to 15 business days from the point all required inputs are received.

What this does not promise

Same exclusions as the brand page. No product sourcing, which is a separate service.

S-04

Direction

Where the company is going.

VERIXA is built as a multi division business operations company. Amazon operations is the first division and the one doing the work today. Premium websites is the second, opened early on a deliberate decision rather than by drift. A third division, AI business operations and automation, is planned as the last to launch, because it is the offer that requires the most earned trust.

We are not going to describe a division as available before it is. What is live today is on this page.
